Carefully selected polyester fiber to ensure stable yarn quality.

2.Carding

Fibers are opened, cleaned and aligned to form a uniform sliver.

3.Drawing
Multiple slivers are drawn and blended to improve evenness and consistency.

4. Roving
The sliver is attenuated and slightly twisted to form roving for spinning.

5. Ring Spinning
Roving is drafted and twisted into single yarn with stable structure and strength.
